No.3 By The Sea is a beautiful, spacious detached 3 bedroom bungalow with off street parking for at least 3 – 4 cars.
This wonderfully light and bright property has the perfect blend of comfort, stylish design and homeliness. There is a large open plan living and kitchen area that brings people together for dining and socialising. From the 7ft dining table to the comfortable sofas and armchairs with cosy throws and blankets, every aspect of this property has been carefully and thoughtfully designed and arranged to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation for all our guests.
The bedrooms all have the highest quality mattresses and bedding. The main bedroom also features a seating area as well as a lovely spacious en-suite shower room. There are 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two full sized single beds. All the bedrooms have wardrobes and plenty of storage space for personal items.
Outside there is a large front garden, half of which has a gravelled area allocated for parking. To the side of the property is a pergola with an outdoor table and benches. To the rear of the property is a garden with outdoor seating and dining furniture.
In the rear garden you will also find a children’s “play house” with lots of great interactive toys and dressing up clothes so children can be entertained and engage in some imaginative play.
No. 3 By The Sea is a truly memorable place to stay. The wonderful subtle coastal styling throughout serves as a reminder of how close this lovely bungalow is to the sea. It also has the unique feel of a luxury boutique hotel but with many “Home from Home” comforts. It is a wonderful warm and welcoming place to stay.
Families with children of all ages are welcome and where possible we can provide a travel cot, baby bath, high chair and other baby equipment.
This wonderfully easy one level accommodation means that climbing stairs will never be an issue. Access to the garden is also very easy and convenient as there are no steps into the garden area.
The neighbourhood is a lovely, quiet residential area away from the main seafront road but still only a very short walk from Worthing seafront and the lovely beach and coastal path.
Worthing Town Centre is 1.4 miles away, taking less than 5 minutes by car and approximately 25 minutes on foot.
