Brierley The Garden Flat is a delightful 2 bedroom garden flat within a converted period property with its own private entrance. It is ideally located a short 5 minute walk from Worthing Train Station & a convenient 15 min walk to Worthing Town Centre which has an abundance of great restaurants, cafe’s, shops & bars as well as the wonderful beach, pier and seafront. 

Brierley is a delightfully spacious & stylish flat offering comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. It is ideally suited to families as the 2nd bedroom has bunk beds (with full size single beds). The garden & conservatory are lovely features of the flat.

Guests are charmed by Brierley’s warm and welcoming feel. It has a light and bright well equipped kitchen with a full size dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and a coffee bar area. There is also a washer/dryer and microwave. There is a dining room table that seats 4 people situated in the conservatory which has direct access onto the lovely south facing cottage style garden.

The main bedroom with its high ceilings and period features has a 5ft kingsize bed with a supremely comfortable Hypnos Mattress. The second bedroom has bunk beds with high quality, full size, 3ft wide single mattresses. These bunk beds are ideally suited to younger children. Teenagers could also sleep in the beds but please note there is  a maximum weight capacity of 74kg. The beds are not really suitable for adults (an adult within the weight restriction could sleep on the bottom bunk but we wouldn’t recommend for an adult to sleep on the top bunk). For babies/toddlers we can provide a travel cot, high chair and other baby equipment.

The lounge has comfortable seating and a 38 inch TV with lots of FreeSat channels as well as an Amazon Fire Stick providing access to a comprehensive entertainment package. Just off the lounge is a lovely conservatory with a dining table for 4 people overlooking the small pretty garden. 

There is a shower room with vanity unit, toilet and a large walk in shower (no bath).

The whole flat has been recently refurbished and beautifully redecorated making it a really wonderful and comfortable place to stay. The property has a new combination boiler providing hot water on demand. There is free WiFi throughout the property.

There is no private or off street parking at Brierley. On road parking is available and there are currently no parking charges or restrictions. We recommend a maximum of 4 guests to stay at Brierley.
